Brief History of Franchise

The first branch of Expert Carpet Cleaning was established in October of 2011. The business started with 1 operating team and grew to 2 teams in only 9 months.  With the growing demand for the service the 2nd and 3rd branches were opened in August and October of 2014.

Basic Requirements

As a Franchisee you will be running your own business, within the parameter of the Expert Carpet Cleaning brand and business format. Ideally a Franchisee should be 2 People setting up the business, 1 Operator + 1 Administrator.

Area: Ideally live in the area they where they want to operate the Franchise

Prior Experience: Office and client service experience

Skills: Basic Computer literacy

Education Level:  Any High school and work experience will be considered 

Language: English (fluent)

Financial: Franchisee must be Financially secure and credit worthy. In addition to franchise fees and start up costs, a franchisee should have sufficient funds to meet all his financial obligation and run the business successfully for the first year.

Franchise Fee

The initial Franchise fee is from  R 250 000 to R 1 500 000 depending on site selection, thereafter the Franchise fee is 10% of turnover:

Estimated Start-up cost


The estimated start up cost will vary depending on the business model chosen by the Franchisee, the range is typically between R 86 000 and R 200 000
